Hi everyone,
I recently ordered a white poker II with brown switches from Qtan on ebay. Upon arrival, many of the keys only intermittently worked. I have tried resetting the firmware, doing a factory reset, and using the programming mode to rebind the keys. One of the screws was stripped on arrival so I cannot take the case off without drilling through the screw, and if I have to return it I don't want to drill through the screw. Any suggestions?
Here is a link to show you which keys are not working.

Return it. Not registering keys, missing screws...

You should be able to return it within 14 days. I think shipping costs will be covered for DOA items, but best to check with qtan himself.

Is his ebay the best way to contact him?

He might respond here if he sees the topic. Send him an ebay message and link him to this topic.

Contact him directly. Use the same place where you purchased the board. He has ebay and its own site. Also he has a vendor forum here. You can post there as well. The more direct the better. And also I think to contact him first would be better than post here. Anyways.
