Title: Poker II not registering keys.

I recently ordered a white poker II with brown switches from Qtan on ebay. Upon arrival, many of the keys only intermittently worked. I have tried resetting the firmware, doing a factory reset, and using the programming mode to rebind the keys. One of the screws was stripped on arrival so I cannot take the case off without drilling through the screw, and if I have to return it I don't want to drill through the screw. Any suggestions?

Return it. Not registering keys, missing screws...

You should be able to return it within 14 days. I think shipping costs will be covered for DOA items, but best to check with qtan himself.

You can post there as well. The more direct the better. And also I think to contact him first would be better than post here. Anyways.
