Title: Sharpkeys simple remap
Post by: zippox on Thu, 20 March 2014, 08:34:48
I would like to remap the Pause key on my QFR to be a Return or Enter. I must be missing something obvious because I open the application make my two selections, press write to registry, restart, and the pause key doesn't press enter. Ideas?

From memory, the pause key is rather strange, I think it doesn't raise one or more of the usual events, try remapping another key to enter and see if that works for you.

The pause key is to me the most useless key and close to my mouse which made it a good candidate as an Enter-key replacement. I'll try your suggestion and see if it is just a Pause key problem. Any other software I can try to remap the key?

I know a lot of users have used AutoHotKey to remap their keys. You could try that.

I know a lot of users have used AutoHotKey to remap their keys. You could try that.

I created a script with:
Pause::Enter

Works great! Thanks for the suggestion.
