If you value it just for the keycaps that might not be an issue.

This is likely repairable with some unicomp parts.

Anybody know another source for black Model M keycaps? I am after a set, and it looks like Unicomp doesn't carry them.

It is, they still carry the correct parts, just will add extra cost to the board.

You can get blank blacks from Unicomp but as far as white on black, there is none.   Unless Unicomp has a big box hidden in their warehouse somewhere that they haven't discovered, new ones are no longer available.
