What is the forum time is based off of?

Comparing it to http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/info/current-time/ (http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/info/current-time/) it seems ~40 seconds off.

GHST (GH Standard Time), of course. :)

I think it's 40 seconds fast everywhere.

Would be great if the site could please be synced up.  It would really help reduce confusion for these timed artisan sales. :)
