Is it possible to use HHKB keycaps (like these http://elitekeyboards.com/products.php?sub=access,toprekeys&pid=pdkb400ktwn) on FC660C?
I am waiting for my FC660C arrive but just found out about the sad reality of no keycaps being available for topre keyboards... :(

Don't think so. IIRC 660c uses 1.25x mods, those are 1.5x.
The worst part is, there's basically no hope of ever getting new Topre keys right now.

Yes some can be substituted, but it's not a 1:1 mapping at all. No FC660C replacement sets exist yet.

You can use alphas, numbers. Spacebar and most modifiers will not fit.

Bleh... what about Realforce keycaps? Do they work better with FC660C?

Again, some will work, but since the Leo has 1.25x mods and the RFs don't, it won't give you complete coverage. If you had two sets of RF caps, I believe you would have everything except the spacebar for which there is NO replacement. The price would be very high and the results less than spectacular.

well this sucks... maybe I should have waited for Novatouch? Anyway thanks for your information.

Welcome to Geekhack!
There are very few Topre sets of anything left at the moment.
I have not heard of complete FC660C replacement sets at all.
Although it is possible the MX-compatible Topre sliders will become more popular (e.g. these ones (http://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=54942.0).

Yeah I found that link just few mins before your post. I really hope that he can release cheaper options soon because I don't think I can afford sliders for every single key at that price :p

I use the keycaps from a realforce on my alphas and number row. I have the Leopold black blanks on my modifiers. Now that I have the MX sliders from matt3os shapeway design I've contemplated using MX keys for modifiers or arrows... ;)
