Title: 3D Printed ErgoDox Tent
Post by: madereth on Fri, 11 April 2014, 15:40:42
I just published the source for a 15 degree tent for the ErgoDox that can easily be printed on a Makerbot or other 3D printer:

I can relatively easily make versions at different angles or one that works for the wrist-rest version if there's interest...

i frown at your use of clojure, but do understand where you're coming from on that :))

anyway, it seems like you should be able to make the generated scad parameterizable..?

Would this also work with the massdrop case?

Nevermind, stupid question...

Looks like somebody forked my version and made something much better, including full-hand support: https://github.com/bchociej/ergodox-stand

I really want to try an ErgoDox. They seem really comfy and fun to type on, especially with an awesome tent like that! Looks great!  :thumb:
