Yes, I've never bought from them but they've been around for a long time.  They have an eBay presence as well, and sell Happy Hacking Pro and Topre Realforce keyboards there:

They have good feedback, so I assume they are reputable.

I think they're OK. Two colleagues of mine got their HHK from smartimports and didn't mention anything bad.
