Teensy firmware converting the old ADB-connected Intuos tablets to USB.

A labour of love that's spanned 10 years or more of hacking.  Get it while it's hot.

Latest commits support Ultrapad as well (with some caveats - UD-0608-A only for the moment, pressure sensitivity is wrong)
