Amazon is selling Corsair K65/MX Red keyboards for $69.99. The keyboard usually sells for $90 on Amazon. I'm not sure how long the sale will last. I own this keyboard and use it daily along with an 87UB/55g; and the exposed K65 is a really nice MX Red keyboard, and at a great low price from Amazon. I've owned a CMQFR and a Filco M2 with MX Red switches, but prefer the K65 for it's feel and exposed architecture. The K65's exposed platen is aluminum and it's base is plastic.

Nice find :thumb:. Do you think I'll be able to get one to aus? :-\

I absolutely love the aesthetics of the k65, I just wish that bottom row wasn't so funky so I could change out the caps. Nice find though!

You're right. The bottom row has odd sized key caps. I don't know what Corsair was thinking. Keep the key caps/space bar standard. I do like their textured space bar; but the size and Cherry stabilizers position may be a K65 exclusive. Looks like I'm staying with Corsair's bottom-row caps/space bar, which is okay with me.

Amazon does ship some items to Australia; and the K65 is one of them:

The bottom row shouldn't dissuade you from getting one. It's a really nice keyboard;
and at the $70, it's a great deal on Amazon Prime (no shipping charge).

You only say that 'cause topre / unicomp has the same bottomrow. :P
In all honesty, modding it to work with all my keysets is too much hassle, and I have too many keysets to justify buying broards that can't use them.
The circle of GHer dilemma.

I had to laugh--Topre and Unicomp? I agree with you; I tried to mod my bottom row on two occasions and it involved more than it would have been worth to me. I decided to stay with the stock bottom row; but I have tried different legneds' key caps, only to return to Corsair's. When I find some double-shot or PBT caps I like, I may get them, except for the infamous bottom row.

NCIX has this for $67.99 with free ground shipping. Should be cheaper if you don't get taxed by NCIX.

Amazon sold out of the K65 on Prime at $70. When Amazon is the
seller, an item's price is generally lower than their second-party retailers.
