Hello GH! I just wanted to share some pictures of my Phantom keyboard that I build.
Please let me know what you think about it!

Switches done, starting to add keycaps.

Fitting it in the case, I had to file the edges of the plate to get it to fit properly.

Custom USB cable from MimicCables, using Sugru to keep it in place.

Spring swapping from standard 60g to Sprit's gold plated 85g, I ****ing love those, thank you!

Finished product!

I'm really pleased with how it turned out, it cost me a huge amount of money and took a very long time to put together.
I'm using Hasu's TMK firmware and I love how easy it is to use and how feature-full it is!
All keys are MX black with 85g springs except for escape which is a standard MX blue because I love the clicky sound.

Please post your thoughts or ask me any questions if you have any! Thank you!

Very thorough buildt. Too bad you couldn't get the black case.

Yup, doesn't look bad like this either though.

Great build! When my financial situation gets better I am building a similar one myself. So heavy springs though

Great job. Question though... is that  vortex case? How are you holding it up with that plate?

Thanks, good luck on your keyboard when you get the chance, make sure to make a list of items and find out how much the total will be. I used about 40% more than expected. And yeah I love heavy switches, they just feel so smooth and comfy.

Yes that is a Vortex, I'm guilty of using Sugru around the edge to hold the plate tight.

Red Camo, would have looked better on the black case I originally wanted, but oh well.
