Title: Time to deal with all the non-paying leeches in this community

It's a known fact that 100% of Geekhackers that sell on the Classifieds forum have dealt with non-paying buyers.  The problem is so bad that 4 out of 5 sellers give up and move to Canada before they manage to find a non-deadbeat buyer.

Therefore, I propose a modification to the rules:

* All buyers must publicly post a photo of the necessary cash to make a purchase in the thread advertising the item for sale.
* Photo must include a handwritten note including forum name, date, and a tally of the amount of cash pictured.
* Photo must include a photo ID.
* Firearms may be included in the photo but gang signs are strictly forbidden.
* Trolls will not be allowed.  No posting stacks of $1 bills.  The sum of all $1, $5, and $10 bills must total less than $20.
* Moderator approval is required for the transaction to complete, and tracking information must be CC'd to the moderator team.

Please indicate your support for this plan by posting a photo of yourself with a KFC Original Recipe bucket on your head.

Can we have the Moderator Team be a third party that accepts all payments? Too many times users get charge backed or get their PayPal accounts locked for no reason. We can't trust the buyers to pay the sellers directly.

I have made at least 3 dozen transactions with Geekhackers, most involving money via Paypal, but some not, and have not had a negative experience.

I only had this problem once before. And that person was kind enough to apologize. I really don't see how this is much of an issue. If they don't pay, move on to the next person.
