Does anyone know if it is possible to do a deathadder 2013/4g sensor and put it into a razer mamba shell casing, including functioning 2 macro button on mouse leftclick?
If yes, or if you know a possible guide, or if someone is willing to do it for a prestigious cost, let me know!

Everything is possible if you have the will in your heart.

Everything is possible if you have the will in your heart.
Or money.
Or good looks.
Or luck.
Or skill.
Or money.
Or starship enterprise.

I got money :OOOO

Wait Mamba is the wireless one right? In that case, I don't think that's possible.
-
possible but would probably require an entire R&D department... :P so, many many thousands of dollars.

Thousands of dollars? Like 3000?

well, I'd assume that you'd need to make an entire new shell to get the sensor working well, and then figure out just how to get the wireless transmitter working with the sensor and what kind of battery you'd need for both the transmitter and the sensor as well... then the buttons and whatnot too. it's not a particularly simple process I'd imagine.
not just a transplant :(

drill a hole for the cable, is that not an option?
but i guess munch is right. making the deathadder wireless and making it support those macro buttons is not exactly a simple DIY project anymore :x

But isnt mamba a wired AND wireless at the same time?
-
it is, but you'd still need a way to get the two macro buttons to work together with the sensor and such. I'd assume that'd mean a custom firmware.
I'd imagine adding two buttons to the Deathadder would be an easier thing to pull off, but still require a custom firmware? and I'd guess only Razer could do that. :(
