This is a WASD v2 I just receive. The rest of the key feels fine except the space Bar. First Mech. Keyboard so I don't know if this is Normal or not. Or If there is a break-in period. Any insight would be great. Thanks & Sorry about Video Quality.

Sounds like when you swapped the keycaps, the inserts weren't seated right. Try pulling the spacebar off and reseating the inserts and wire.

Sometimes even just swapping the left/right stabilizer clip (the tiny plastic under spacebar) helps too.
But yes try what CPTBadAss said first. :P

While I would definitely try re-installing the stabilizer parts to make sure that's not the problem, it does look like there may be a defect in the case molding. You should examine the switch casing (the top black part) and see if you see any irregularities. Sometimes there could be a tiny bit of extra plastic that's affecting the reset of the switch. If visible, cutting off the extra material would allow the switch to work normally again.
If you are not able to fix this, then we would need to get the keyboard back and replace the switch for you. Please contact our support team at support.wasdkeyboards.com to arrange an RMA if necessary.
