Does anyone know where I can buy the 30 pin connectors so I can make my own iPhone 4 USB cable?

I have looked all over the place and I am having no luck.

since like alll apple products it is patented im guesing apple. buy a cable and cut off usb side and replace with usb female or whatrvert

Not sure if you can find just the connectors anywhere. I’m sure you can find other cable options on ebay, etc.
