Any recommendations? I'd like something quieter and shorter than i have now.
Back lit if possible I type in low light a lot and am not the best typist.

given that mx brown tkl boards are not hard to find, why not tell us your budget first ;)

For a good board? I have no problem spending what I need to.

This is Geekhack, "spending what I need to" on keyboards is going to vary greatly from person to person. Better to give us a rough limit on what you want to spend.
Like fishfalcon said, TKL with browns is fairly common.

My favorite is the CM Quick Fire Rapid I (http://gaming.coolermaster.com/en/products/keyboards/rapid-i/) (white backlighting).
A close 2nd is the Ducky Shine 3 TKL (http://mechanicalkeyboards.com/shop/index.php?l=product_list&c=11) (various color backlighting).

I can't find any 10-keyless Ducky.
