Title: Replicating a CM Stealth look...
Post by: mcampbell on Thu, 22 May 2014, 13:00:43
I looked and looked; honestly I did, so apologies if I've missed something basic.

I have a new Das with MX blues with standard run of the mill keycaps.  What I'm looking for is a set of keycaps (US 104) that are black or dark grey, with the keycaps printed ON THE FRONT.  I cannot find any in stock.  Anyone know where I might find such a set?

When you say on the front, what exactly do you mean? The surface faced up or the one faced towards you?

You could watch the classifieds area sometimes they come up for sale.

If you wanted a ducky set you could get these

That's a killer deal!  Especially if you don't need a 104-key set.

Sorry, I was unclear - I mean printed not on the top but rather the side facing me.  I would call that the "front" but I'm not familiar with the vernacular here so I may be calling it something wrong.

that's called "front" or "side" printed.

These are nice, I'm typing w/ them at this moment on a CMS QFS. Only problem are the CAPSL, SCRL, and F9 keys -- no windows. Not a problem for me, using a TechKeys Keycard as status display. YMMV.

Edit: oh, and the multimedia legends don't match the QFR/S layout. Again no problem for me, using a FrostyFlake I just remapped them to match. YMMV.
