It looks like a regular, backlit scissor switch keyboard. The article says that it is programmable, but I am not sure to what extent. I have a sneaking suspicion that the "programmability" might only extend to the color of the lights. EDIT: Now that I think about it, we may have covered some of their other keyboard products before.
