Title: Alps Keyboard, non alps keyswitches?

I found a keyboard on ebay, I hesitate to say what it is cause I may want to buy it.  It's made by alps, but I read reviews of it that said it had awful feeling keys.  Is it possible that an alps keyboard would use rubber dome switches, or do you think it has yellow or green sliders or something?

Oh yeah, the seller is clueless and didn't reply when I asked him about the sliders.

Oh yes, Alps made rubber dome boards as well as mechanical ones.
