Title: Can't Find the LZ Firmware update

I can't seem to find the thread with the link to the LZ-GH firmware update. It appears as tho that topic has been removed from GH. Can anyone help?

As far as debounce goes, is 1 a longer or shorter value than 4? in other words, if I wanted to ensure that the keys don't chatter, would I be better off at 4 or 1? I set it to 4 and I'm just testing it now. So far so good I think. I am not getting any double keystrokes yet.
