Same enter key as on the SteelSeries Keyboards.  Maybe try max keyboards, taobao or qtan..

You can also look for things like old Laser brand keyboard with SMK switch. They have some nice doubleshot caps that are compatible with MX, and are nearly identical to Cherry profile so finding any other keys that aren't compatible shouldn't be too hard.

You can't get an individual one online anywhere

And mentioning that you're from reddit often ends badly, and not from where you'd expect.
