As a person interested in computers, are there any places you would recommend I must visit? For example any keyboard-related shops that I must drop by? Would be happy to receive advice on this!

I know Hasu lives in Japan. Not sure if he wants to do a meetup or anything. Maybe you should pm him :)

I moved to Japan this April so I'm up for a meetup

Well default answer if you want to be near a lot of places to buy/try keyboards is Akihabara. I haven't been here that long (and I've been busy ever since so haven't had as much time to explore) so if there's any specifically interesting places for keyboards (Like the more hidden places in HK) then we're probably better off asking hasu.
If you want something not as keyboard related then if you have any ideas I can probably think of a place (or ask some of my friends here who've been living here much longer than me)

I'm happy to meet up and have a drink :) Doesn't have to be keyboard related. Don't mind also if we do, can be a drop by the keyboard shops, take a look, then go get coffee or beer whichever is nicer in Japan!!!
