Ever had a nice greasy risotto? I made one that, in addition to cream cheese, had the usual globs of parmesan, oil and butter. Oh yeah and fried chorizo, with the fat from that also mixed into the risotto.
's not white, but it will clog your veins faster than you can say "heart attack".

ok.. Finally made it.. had to make a new pot of rice. ran out during the first experiments..

The other day, I made a stirFry with general tso's sauce + sesame seeds + Parmesan cheese + a whole bunch of mustard powder + vegetables + SPAM. Served over rice. Not bad, actually.
