Great price if you are okay with MIR. I've had mine for a while and I love it.

Not quite sure I completely understand the rebate. Is the $20 prepaid card only usable at Newegg, or can it be used anywhere that accepts Visa prepaid?

They do that instead of checks now, been that way for awhile. I assume the credit card companies pay to be used or something.

You usually can't just cash them out at an ATM, and they're frequently configured so that the unused balance starts to be drained after a few months.

I find that a good way to spend those rebate cards is groceries and/or bills that allow you to pay in portions.
