This one (http://www.ebay.com/itm/IBM-6110347-Model-F-122-Key-Keyboard-May-1985-/390862931790?&_trksid=p2056016.m2518.l4276) has a starting bid of $99. It's missing a couple of F-keycaps.

Looks to be in decent condition.  Certainly seen worse.

Too bad the missing caps are ones you can only get on another model F and not from an M.

You can order a full replacement set of caps from Unicomp, but they won't be exactly the same.

You order item "CPSET" and in the comments put "1389001 Pearl/Pebble"

They really won't be exactly the same, but it's no big deal. I'd end up replacing them with original Model M F-row key caps anyway.
