Thanks, guys! I appreciate the sentiment.
Every milestone adds up. When you are little, you want the presents, after 21 you don't have much else to "need" and by middle age you are pretty indifferent to it.
At some point, you have to accept that you are certainly in the 2nd half of your life, not the first, and it changes you.
When friends and family of about your own age start dying, then you really start appreciating each additional year.
And when they begin starting with "6" (or >6 OMG) then you have to be grateful for each one.
Good luck to you all!

Happy birthday, best wishes and stay alive. There aren't too many people on this forum that are older than me.

There are at least 5 people born in the 1800s still around, I was born in the 2nd half of the 20th century!

Not to worry Fohat; statistically your highest chances of being killed are actually when you're young.
Older Americans are less likely to get killed, simple as that. And those in their 50s and 60s are now at a great period in their lives. It's the prime of your life, equal to someone in his 30s and 40s a century ago.
Worry about age when you turn 80. But hey, Caleb Calloway was still dancing onstage at that age.
