I am new here, and I can not find how.
There is no hint or tips.
Usually the right arrow should be ok.
Please tell me how.

I don't know if there's a shortcut, but you can always push <tab> until the next page link is highlighted, then push <enter>.

There are also browser plugins (ex: vimium, pentadactyl) which let you click any link using your keyboard.
