Title: Poker 2 DIP Switch Replacement
Post by: Sifo on Thu, 19 June 2014, 22:45:21
Any ideas what part number I could use to replace the original one as close as possible? It's 4x2 for the pin things (I believe it's SMD)

Any of these should do: http://www.mouser.fr/Electromechanical/Switches/DIP-Switches-SIP-Switches/_/N-5g2s?P=1z0x3zcZ1yzcs92Z1z0z7ymZ1z0z2xxZ1z0x3zb

What you need is a 4-position DIP switch, SMT mount, 2.54 mm pitch. Check the datasheet to see if the spacing between the rows of pads is right, but they should be fairly standard. Part number SDA04H0SBD would work for instance.

You should be able to find that part from any other retailer (or even ebay) since it is fairly standard, just be sure to check the specs I mentioned (any serious seller will provide datasheets for what he sells). I provided link to mouser only because it showed a lot of similar parts and datasheets  ;D
