Title: 16 Tipros

No cables (though they shouldn't be to expensive if they're something standard), 2 have serious black paint on them, rest are just kinda dirty. The seller is excepting best offers, so I'm guessing we could get these for $6-7 per person

This was already posted and determined that its not that good of a deal for really dirty blacks

At $8 apiece for 32 blacks that's 25 cents apiece which isn't that good considering that you can get used blacks for way cheaper.

If you want the caps, relegendables don't have any tops so idk what you'd use them for, and I'm pretty sure everything else is thin

ah
But at 30 switches per, wouldn't it be worth it just for the switches?

looks like garbage. Even a Tipro liker like me won't touch. The soot suggests usage in really terrible environments, god knows, maybe a coal mine. Nobody's going to trade with me ever again if I buy such filthy black switches and tried to trade them.
