Title: 59$ new gaming keyboard with Cherry MX Blue switches.
Post by: Daspartic on Tue, 24 June 2014, 03:04:05
No clue if these are good keyboards or not, but they're dirt cheap.  Good for people to test out to see if they would like mech keyboards or blue switches.

Lol, I guess they must be pretty crappy keyboards if it's not even worth $59.

Wait for a Rosewill on sale and get a much better board for not much more money.

Yes, it's Monoprice, but it looks okay, in my opinion. I mean, compared to the overpriced Razor boards, this is probably a decent entry level board for those looking to try MX Blues. I mean, if it were that bad I wouldn't think it would have a 4˝ star rating.

Or it could just be one person with 87 different accounts. Chances are though, it's a decent keyboard.

I have a few of these boards that I keep at work just in case I don't feel like bringing my own. I picked them up for about $47 each, so I would say this is leaning on the expensive side because you can sometimes pick up a QFR for a few bucks more.

Over all it's a decent board, but I don't think I would enjoy it all that much as my main keyboard but it makes a great backup for cheap. I would strongly recommend picking up a QFR over one of these though, especially if you can hold out for a deal.
