It seems to be more black m13 then white m13 out on the market, do they have equal market value?

white ones are pretty rare, I've only seen one on ebay (NIB, went for $200 or $250) and one or two elsewhere, black ones are pretty common. If you want the beige one then I suggest painting a black one and then getting caps from unicomp
