So which boards use costar stabs? Kinda getting tired of cherry stabs, on my shine 3, they feel really mushy compared to my K90. I used it for some time hoping that over time it would feel a little better.
I know that maxkeyboard uses costar stabs, just not too sure on the blackbird.
Daskeyboards used to I think, don't know about the new deck either.

Not a direct answer, but have you tried to clip your Cherry stabs?

filco, qfr, rosewill, wasd/code. Blackbird uses cherry stabs

Isn't k90 also Cherry?
-
Yep K90 is also cherry.
But it felt more springy than my shine 3.
And honestly, I haven't had the balls to the mod lol. (http://www.cute-factor.com/images/smilies/onion/4519626a.gif)

I though blackbird uses cherry stab also.
After that I guess CM Storm QuickFire XT, ThermalTake MEKA G1 and Mionix Zibal 60 also uses Costar stab.
Max Keyboard and Razer Blackwidow uses "Costar Like" stabilizer that should also feel nice.

I think it's interesting to note that for some reason, I have not yet come across a Blackwidow with a rattly costar stabilizer. They all seem to be crisp, yet solid with no rattle that often plagues a lot of filco's and qfr's. I do know that the BW uses a slightly different bar, and also has it but backwards (because switches are upside down). Not sure if this has anything to do with it.

My cousins BWU has ratty costar stabs lol.
