I can't find any rainbow keycaps for my ducky shine  yots tenkeyless

I do not know of any rainbow sets that will allow backlighting to shine through.

So it doesnt matter if i get a 104 set? I can still use the 87 with the 104, right? also anyone know any that are good for led? I hav white leds

Nope - just use the 87 keys you need and keep the others in a ziplock baggie.

There are backlight-friendly sets, but not rainbow, that I've seen.  In fact proper backlight-fr iendly sets are few and far between, and mostly Ducky (white, gray, purple, black).

if i had white led's would these all be white? In the picture it looks like it has a different led color for each keycap. The question im trying to ask is: If i buy these keycaps, will the keycaps make my led shine the color the keycap is or will they be just white

No rainbow sets have transparant windows for LEDs. They all sort of look mediocre with LEDs. The lights will shine through and make the keycap the color of the LED

The only sets that do work well ish with it, imo, are unavailable and fantastically difficult to find, like the POM material rainbow jellys.

Like here is mine with LEDs.

So yeah they stop being rainbow. They look way better without LEDs but look ok with them.

What you may be looking for are rainbow shades for your LEDs.. they sit in front of white LEDs to make them rainbow LEDs.

And my keycaps havent been made since 2010. Theyre not available anymore sadly.

Contact feng or imsto and see if they can get some blank pbt or abs rainbow 104 sets. It looks like at the moment only printed sets exist. Keycool has a new rainbow printed set but the legends are ugly.

pbt is harder and more resiliant to wear
abs is lighter and cheaper and is prone to wear

i like abs more than pbt in certain sittuations.
abs is also usually the only material you get transparant legends in.
