I have an old Apple Keyboard here (Split Ergo type) just wondering will it work on a Windows PC ??
its looks to have 2 PS2 connections on the sides 1 for mouse and the other for the cable (which is removable).
Thanks
Can a mod move this to Keyboards section please

If the board you're looking at is the Apple Adjustable (http://deskthority.net/wiki/Apple_Adjustable_Keyboard) it's actually ADB standard, not PS/2. The second ADB port is also not for a mouse, but the detached numberpad that was an add-on for it.

So will it work or not

It will not work without an ADB converter.

Just pick up one of these ADB converters and it will work fine.
Griffin iMate ADB to USB (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Griffin-iMate-ADB-to-USB-adapter-BRAND-NEW-/321456572623?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4ad84e08cf)

If you want to build your own, you could do so with a Teensy board and Hasu's ADB firmware.
