Has anyone purchased a Lightsaver from Originative ion the last couple months?

Seeing as how I couldn't get into Elton's group buy and totally whiffed at the spares sale, I've been pondering buying a V1 from Originative's site.
But I hear they're kinda dodgy.

Does anyone have any input?

You can take the risk if you want, but it might turn into an ordeal.

I ordered GMK RGB kit and got a shipping notice the same afternoon.

Some one else ordered a lightsaver and got it pretty quick (tadbitnerdy???). I would email them to check stock and let them know (if they have what you want) that you are placing an order.

Disregarding the fact that originative is unreliable - you would want a red lightsaver?   :confused:

I got my lightsaver from him. it was missing the rubber feet, acrylic inserts and screws, but was otherwise packaged well. Certainly a purchase for the patient GH'er.

I know another GHer who got theirs with all the accessories and it was also packaged really well, so your mileage may vary.

@cphead: red lightsaver would look pretty hot!

I agree with red being awesome.  I love my red GON :D.  At least its a real red and not that pink "red" some of those other k customs have.

Got mine w/o screws, feet and apparently inserts (didn't even know about those !) as well. After some serious *****ing via email that is.
