Nice deal as it retails for around $300, though the blade tip that they include is rather specialized (and expensive) so you'll need to buy a chisel tip as well (~$12). In fact I'd buy the blade tip (for a reasonable price) if you think you won't need it :D
This is a professional grade soldering station, and TD-100 is awesome for ergonomics. Heatup time using regular tips is well below 10 seconds @ 350c.
