i am now switching prices to euros (and lowering them a bit to compensate) by using the standard ECB conversion rate as of today. this is due to paypal basically stealing money by offering a hilarious conversion rate while converting from USD to EUR.

all the info you are asking about is in the OP ;)
- it will be a 1. class international letter through slovak post (with tracking)
- shipping should be somewhere between 7.50 EUR and 14 EUR depending on the weight of the package (Filco cost 14 something EUR, this should be cheaper, as it's a bit lighter)
- i have no idea which company takes over the delivery once the package arrives in Bulgaria, but my guess is normal post (i don't see that as a problem)
