Roccat Arvo (rubber dome) and maybe one or two DIY Asian boards.

I am sorry I dint understand what you meant by "some phantoms"

The plum layout has the Insert/Home/ PgUP in the same row as a standard keyboard. which is good. I wanted that. The quickfire TK has it one row down and that may cause a issue.

The Phantom is a custom keyboard with many possible configurations that uses a Teensy 2.0 as a controller. The PCB and mounting plate support having TK style layout, so some of them have been configured like that. You could get a Phantom PCB and plate and put it together how you want, but you'd have to build your own case or get a case from a TK or other board with that layout.

I agree about the PLUM layout being better. I have a Roccat Arvo and found myself hitting the wrong keys when editing text. I don't actually use the numpad so I prefer TKL layout since it doesn't have the extra keys in between the arrows and edit group so I can go by touch better.
