I'm looking to get a TKL mx blue keyboard with costar stabilizers, and I'm probably going to end up buying one of these two keyboards. What are the pros and cons of each one? My biggest problem with the Filco is finding a U.S seller, but the WASD's shipping costs are pretty high. If I do get the WASD, I was thinking of buying the it without keycaps and getting a set of blank PBT keycaps from elsewhere. (not sure where though)

Actually WASD and Filco are pretty similar. Both of them generally are good. They are manufactured on the same OEM - Costa. They both have Costa stabilizers. WASD and the Code from WASD have dual layer PCB. Both of them have ABS keycap but you can have option to choose colour for your cap if you order from WASD. WASD has a very good customer support and a high reputation on GH while Filco is harder find a seller in US. So the choice is yours. You can find Filco in the classified area or order directly from WASD.

In a WASD vs. Filco battle
Its WASD FTW!
If there is ever any problem they quickly fix it in an intelligent manner.

Yeah, get a WASD V2 barebones board with a set of thick leopold PBT caps from ebay. Widebasket is the seller and I have a set of them. They're really nice and smooth. Total is $50 or so shipped to the USA. It takes a few weeks to get the caps, but it's worth the wait. Way better than any stock caps you can get on boards these days.

I'm a huge fan of my Filco Majestouch. The WASD v2 was really nice but I always vote for Filco.
-
Like an own both, but WASD is the clear winner since I'm in the same state.

Isn't Amazon the US seller for Filco?
I'd say they're both pretty close but WASD V2 probably have a bit more options like other dip switch for layouts, detachable cables, FN layer for music playback and window key lock.
Though if you don't care about any of it then it comes down to which is cheaper. For me since I live in Canada I can pick up Filco locally while WASD V2 will cost me an arm and leg to ship.
If price doesn't matter then I say go WASD V2 if you want to be new school and Filco if you're old school lol.

Pretty sure TheKeyboardCo distributes them in the USA through their Amazon store.

this is fact
and for the love of god don't get a wasd if you don't need the crazy customization, that's why it's 150 anyway
it's barely better than a QFR in terms of typing feel/quality
filco 100%

Leopold 750!
edit: oh wait costar stabs

It's $95 for a barebones WASD v2. Save your money for decent aftermarket caps and get the Wasd. I like Filco, but they're just too expensive. Plus I hate that they don't have detachable cables. I just ended up spending $50 to get a new one from Pexon. You can't get them anywhere in the USA within a reasonable timeframe. It's annoying as hell.

Well it's 95 bare-bones + (extra money for some switches) + shipping (if you aren't local)
It adds up :/

they don't have mx blues in stock in their amazon stores right now though

Indeed it does, but you're still going to be out that extra money for aftermarket caps. You can't touch a new Filco for under $140 generally speaking. Add the caps on top of that and you're looking at close to $200 after it's all said and done. Even after shipping you can probably get the Wasd V2 for $160 with the Leopold caps.

honestly I'd say KUL is better than both
I've been on another filco binge though
I never really liked wasd's options

Ebay it. Widebasket sells them.

No MX reds yet.
Although for 180 usd might as well get an overhyped kul warrior and pbt armor.
