Not really. Use those plastic coated wire that comes as wire organizer seen in a lot of packages. Then slip it through the hole of stabilizer and pull. Pull gently and carefully.

I removed those insert for the use of my other key caps, to be put on Filco. Working great.

Thanks for the info. I was told that they were glued in by the fella who sold them to me. They're awesome keys and if they were GMK profile, I would be keeping them.

Yup, they're all the same height. Kinda tall if you're not familiar with SA profile. But the nicest DS Filco keys I've ever seen.
