Should have MX Blacks, but I can't find any info on this specific model:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/TIFRO-TMC-KMCV-C13-027-KEYBOARD-USED-/311041511372?pt=BI_Control_Systems_PLCs&hash=item486b84cfcc
The TMC-KMCV-C13-019 does have MX Blacks and caps that look mostly the same (http://deskthority.net/photos-f62/tipro-tmc-kmcv-c13-019-t87.html)

In case anyone was wondering, I had the offers on it.
Who bought it? $75 is a decent price for such a recent version in such good condition.
About this KB: the part numbers of the individual bits (large qwerty area and two small matrixes) are listed on the label. Searching for those instead of the part number for the combination yields that they are indeed in the Tipro "free" range of keyboards which do use MX blacks.
