ps Dorkvader is not allowed to answer this. Give others a chance, man!

Is that a secondary F row above F1-F4 or a switch tester or something underneath??

Gigabyte's Aivia Osmium

I am quoting my post so it doesn't look like I edited my answer.  The giveaway on this one is the two scroll wheels on the right side of the macro keys and the 1.5, 1, 1, 1.5 spacing on the right side mods.

You have a better answer than me. I got to the same answer with an inferior / less rigourous methodology.

I only figured from the scroll wheels because those notches in the PCB at the top are totally unusual.

And now I've added a new kb; one that I really have no idea what is the answer. Let's see if we need Ivan to step in.

That plate reminds me of a plate from an old Commodore keyboard which had similar thick painted steel which was bent at the edges with small notches cut out. It doesn't seem to have the same layout though.

Lol.

Things to note to help identification in the future:
LED's + costar stabilizers + non-costar bottom row. Looks like iOne. This narrows down the brand.

board #2 I'm not sure. Construction doesn't look like TG3, tipro, or access, some larger makers of matrix keyboards (TG3 made a lot of lathe / big machine control pads back in the day) It looks sorta like that one with the MX blues but it's got the wrong amount of keys. Not really sure about it, check up on vintage POS keyboard makers.

edit: I havent' seen the inside, but I think it could be a video controller keyboard. I know american dynamics uses MX blacks in theirs, but they usually have one less row I think. the three column layout is there though. I'd check video editing / CCTV controll pads. I bet it's one of those.
