Title: 104-key PCB
Post by: mosthaggardbeast on Thu, 21 August 2014, 14:23:10
I'm looking for a programmable ten key pcb for a DIY project, but I'm having a really hard time finding one.  Is there anyone that distributes a 104-key pcb by itself or as a kit?  Thanks in advance!

You could always pull the PCB out of an existing keyboard, and then replace the logic with your own controller.

Sounds like either a Filco 104 PCB with a Kitten Paw from bpiphany, or a Rosewill RK-9000 PCB with a Black Petal from bpiphany would do the trick.

Thank you!  Those bpiphany controllers are just what I'm looking for.  That Rosewill is quite cheap actually if you get it with blues or reds.  5 days till my paycheck gets here and then it's project time! :D

I'm all for the RK-9000 + Black Petal, got two myself :) Consider getting the MX black version and swap the switches to your liking.
