I just finally got my Unicomp customizer (1 month post ordering it) and I noticed that their quality control has definitely gone downhill. The unicomp logo bit in the top right is all misaligned and was barely stuck down, and when i press just below the spacebar i noticed the entire casing flexes down a significant amount.
I can't remember this problem with the last keyboard I ordered from them, but that was about 9 years ago now. Does anyone else's casing feel cheap and flimsy? I swear it wasn't this plasticey before.

someone else also just mentioned the misaligned logo on a new customizer, in the keyboard review area.

I'm guessing this is a result of their massive backlog due to being unable to source components, they are rushing things. :(

I got mine about two weeks ago. Aside from the logo being painfully ugly, it's fine. I can depress the plastic below the space bar if I press very hard but the case doesn't flex.

No Customizer here, but an Endurapro (August 2008). The case creaks and flexes a bit when pressing the sides, but doesn't flex nor creak below the spacebar.
If I were you, I'd write Unicomp and ask if there's anything you can do to remedy this problem.
