Not that unusual. The version with trackpoint, in good (not damaged) condition, goes for less than half of this usually.

Maybe it's a good deal if you can get them to take offer for $40 or something. They do have a pretty decent build quality.
Here is another MX model (http://www.ebay.com/itm/KSI-Computer-PC-Keyboard-with-Credit-Card-Reader-Key-Source-International-/131106302573?pt=PCA_Mice_Trackballs&hash=item1e868b6a6d) for a way better price.
