When I was first getting into mechs around a month ago, I had only been able to try out keyboards with browns and reds at stores. When I bought my KUL with clears, I had guessed that I'd like them based just on what I'd read. Luckily I really liked how clears feel. I was still curious about other switches, so the other day I ordered a Max Keyboards switch tester, and finally got to try out blues, greens, blacks, whites and greys too.
To me it feels like whites fall somewhere in between blues and greens in actuation pressure and noise level. All three are too noisy for me. Greens could wake the dead! ;D I didn't think I'd like linear switches because I don't like how mushy reds feel, but I really like the feel of blacks. Greys feel very similar to clears to me, with maybe a slightly more noticeable bump.
So I find myself still loving clears, but I now have a desire to get a keyboard with black switches. I don't think anyone sells keyboards with greys. It was definitely worth the money to get a tester. It reaffirmed my guess that I'd like clears the most, but also showed me linear switches aren't all bad. ;)

I'm not sure I've ever seen a whole keyboard of grays! Maybe on the space bar, and one or two other strategic keys, but not the whole keyboard.
Have you considered installing O-rings, if bottoming out is causing too much noise?

Ducky made one like that I think.
and greens are awesome! Embrace the sounds!

I've got o-rings on my Kinesis, and on all the switches in the tester. It helps with some of the sound, but not that much. It doesn't stop the loud click noises of the blues, greens and whites. Plus I think the keycaps amplify the sound quite a bit. The clicks are noticeably louder with a cap on it.

It also depends on what type of keycap you have.
And how worn the switches are. My inet (dolch) KB had blues so worn they were quieter than whites.

For interest's sake, try swapping the springs between the Clear and Black switches (to make Panda Clears and Ghost Blacks). I think you may like them both.
I have 2 grey switches. They are the same stem shape as Clears, but with stronger springs. They're in the spacebar position of the G80-3000's with Clears that I bought to harvest switches from. I wouldn't like to try a whole board with them, though, the springs are really strong and I tend to prefer lighter switches. My favourites are 62g ErgoClears.

SpamRay, TurkishRambo and Halverson were all trying to sell gray keyboards at some time. Had some difficulty I believe. If you have something modded with clears it moves fast but not something that you modded to grays.
