This is the matrix assignment of a G80-3000LSCDE-2 (105 keys, ISO layout). PCB date is 44/08.
This could be used to get it working on a programmable keyboard controller, for deciding whether certain key combinations can be pressed or for sawing off entire parts and adapting the controller PCB.

Matrix. (Uses the German keyboard layout (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/3/36/KB_Germany.svg/400px-KB_Germany.svg.png) for reference)
As can be seen, it uses an 8x18 matrix.

Looks very much like a Model M matrix (http://web.archive.org/web/20070713030833/http://pupp.edgeemu.com/kbhack.htm) with Win keys added (so it is the M-like matrix as I suspected). It only grew from 16x8 to 18x8 to have individual columns for LWin and RWin, a bit of a luxury.
