The Logitech G710+ uses Cherry MX Brown switches with o-rings pre-installed.

I don't think there's a big enough difference between those two for it being worth to sell your BW. As for the switches.. the g710+ uses brown switches with o-rings on them. O-rings shorten the keytravel, and makes the bottom out sound (in most cases), less noticable :)

EDIT: got ninja'd :))

I wouldn't, that would be a sidegrade from meh to meh.

It depends. If you prefer Browns over Blues, it would probably be an upgrade. If you don't, it might not be worth it.

For that price, you'd be better off selling the BW and buying a Ducky Shine!

+1 to this. Or a Ducky Premier if you can find one in stock (no backlighting, but awesome keycaps).

^ what they said.

gaming mechs are all ****.  the ONLY one that rises above the rest is the corsair K series, even then, i might just go for something like the ducky legend if you enjoy the metal.

CM is not included in this bunch of bad boards because they don't try to outrageously rip you off.

What's the reason you want to sell it and replace it with a G710+?
I have a G710+ and like it, even if a lot of people here don't, but I'll also say that it's not the best bang for your buck.

The main reasons to get a G710+ over an other model are:
-You like the Logitech driver/software; I already had a G930 headset and liked the software.
-You are looking for a keyboard with macro keys; I don't use them as much as I first thought I would.
-You like the way it looks; there are much better looking keyboards out there, if you ask me.
-You want Cherry MX Brown switches with preinstalled O-rings; I hated the font on the original keys so a swapped them all out, as soon as I could.

If you can pick two reasons from my list, I'd say go ahead and get it. If not, try looking into some other models
