Nice find! This will probably be a nice alternative for intl buyers. For US customers, it seems like it will likely be more expensive after paying a proxy service to bring it over from Japan than buying straight up from EK. This is the first time I've seen a 55g uniform available for direct purchase from another retailer other than EK.

Thanks for sharing this find! It is interesting to see this, although for US customers it might be more straightforward to order from EK.
Speaking of EK and the RF 87u 55g, I just purchased my second one from them. Now I have both the black and the white versions. On the black one, I installed a set of white HHKB alpha keys, and I replaced the Windows bubble keys with black Alt keys from a HHKB set.
BTW, I was able to get an advance-release CM Novatouch and compare it with my RF 87u and other Topre-switch boards. Although it is nice to be able put Cherry mx keycaps on a Topre-switch board, I find that I prefer either the HHKB Pro 2 or the RF 87u to the Novatouch for a variety of reasons, including sound and feel. In addition, I could not remap the Fn key on the Novatouch, but I am able to create and remap a Fn key on my RF keyboards, and the Fn key on the HHKB is ideal as it is.

FYI no proxy is needed now. This and a lot more keyboards are available with international shipping. Custom fees are precalculated.

No, not all items, just the ones accepted for international shipping. You can do a search filtering by that property. HHKB2 and Realforce keyboards are included.
Shipping and fees are precalculated but not cheap at all.

hhkbs for $175 without having to deal with a proxy/forwarding service? very nice. even some of the used marketplace keyboards/related-products are showing as capable of international delivery now, could be a big help for people like me that pay attention to foreign markets.

No. The RF in your link is uniform weighted 55g while the link in the OP is variable weighted.

you'd want to go to http://www.amazon.co.jp/gp/offer-listing/B00MV84Y2Y/ref=dp_olp_new_mbc?ie=UTF8&condition=new and pick the 19,762 yen option for a 55g with international shipping. comes up as 21,364 yen shipped to USA. does have a huge shipping delay tagged on to it though.

Ah, totally missed that the posts were from 2014. That's around 135 GBP shipped (assuming it's about the same to ship to the UK as it is to the USA), so 60 GBP cheaper than keyboardco. But I'd get it within a few days, and no import tax from keyboardco.
