Hack orange and APL aren't a great match but hey, what can you do!

This is a model F, in all it's glory

Plus, they might be even more rare than the tinsaver. I've only really seen maybe 2 in the wild for the longest, plus the one I have and the 2 others from the guy who I bought mine from. And I've never seen one for sale in a classified section and I've been keyboarding for quite a while

Amazing, those OG caps are so much better than the ones that they make now.

Where did you find a Model F Unsaver?

I have been looking for one of these for a long time, as well as a Kishsaver. I've managed to acquire F AT, XT, 122, and some beam spring boards, but not an Unsaver or Kishsaver as yet.

Per sleepy916 request, a comparison between OG APL and the unicomp APL. The Unicomp are on my SSK and the OGs are above those:

It just kinda fell into my lap. I was talking with someone about something unrelated, they mentioned they knew someone with an unsaver and wanted it to go to a good home. Bam, some money later and a bit of waiting in the mail and it was mine.

This keyboard is simply marvelous. It's just so damn beautifull and such an awesome keyboard in itself!

If you ever feel like this keyboard is too much for your collection, tell me!

I think I'd need all 3 to land a board like this

Tinsaver?

Same thing, but tinlong117 found and sold them to GH at a more than fair price for what they are. (http://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=52394.0)

I *knew* they had three legend colors!

I had one on my desk in about '87 or so. Attached to a 3279 color display running SAS on a 4380, if I have my numbers correct.

I had the APL keyboard just because it looked cool.

Nice board, Mr. B.

What 3 colors? The legend color on the side is the same as the top orange.

The front legends looked red in the photo.

Seriously, I swear mine had two alt colors on the keys.

Every time I see APL, it reminds me of John Titor and the IBM 5100.
