May I know what keyboard is this?

Looks like an older IBM branded PS/2 rubber dome board. Nothing special really.

Ok I see, btw what's a kb-78 keyboard? What kind of switches does it use?

Don't buy any IBM POS unless specially approved by some of the vintage keyboard wiseguys here
Nearly all are rubber dome including this model.
And don't even think of buying in Singapore. It's practically impossible for a model F to be still around in some Singapore warehouse waiting to be escrapped. Singapore being that kind of high volume port, things move very fast and old things disappear quick.

This is how it looks like, so it's rubber dome?

Looks like a rubber dome + slider design. Similar (but not quite identical) to this: http://deskthority.net/photos-f62/i-chia-international-corp-ici-model-k-208-t3707.html
