Looks like an older IBM branded PS/2 rubber dome board. Nothing special really.

Don't buy any IBM POS unless specially approved by some of the vintage keyboard wiseguys here

Nearly all are rubber dome including this model.

And don't even think of buying in Singapore. It's practically impossible for a model F to be still around in some Singapore warehouse waiting to be escrapped. Singapore being that kind of high volume port, things move very fast and old things disappear quick.
